Savoy Palace

“Savoy Palace is a beautiful hotel with stunning facilities, attentive staff, and excellent housekeeping. Our room was impeccably cleaned each day and always looked wonderful when we returned. The property itself is elegant and well maintained, and the staff were consistently accommodating throughout our stay. There were a few minor issues that prevented this from being a perfect experience. One of the bathrooms near the outdoor pool had a persistent unpleasant odor during our stay, and on more than one occasion there were no paper towels available for guests to dry their hands. “If I could give this 4.5 stars, I would. We stayed on the side with some extra perks with pool, entrance, breakfast etc... I will say the service was an A+ on "that side". Great service, and everyone was amazing to work with. Whoever oversees that area of the hotel is awesome, and does a great job. The service in the other areas of the hotel was pretty average for such a beautiful property. I'm not a difficult person, but I was surprised the lack of service at the main pool and restaurant. I'm not trying to be challenging, and really enjoyed the report. It was almost as there were 2 different ” — Brendan Newman

“We ended up switching hotels because we had a bad experience at another one. We booked this last minute so they only had two rooms left, but the staff was very kind and helpful. The rooftop pool for adults is wonderful with amazing views. There is also the bar at the top which is nice to see the city lights come alive. Finally a huge pool with plenty of seating space. We didn't eat here at all so can't comment on the food, but definitely walkable to so many places (restaurants, stores, etc ) within 20 minutes!! Good experience for last minute booking.” — KM
