“One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and definitely not what you would expect from a Shangri-La property. During our 3-night stay, we had to change rooms multiple times due to ongoing technical issues with the AC system. Even after multiple technician visits, including until almost 2 AM yesterday, the issue was still not properly resolved. Every time a new room was offered, we ended up facing the exact same problem again.
