“I stayed at Shore House at the Del for a business function. At check in there was confusion about getting my room key but the desk agent helped me use the Hilton app and escorted me to my room to ensure my digital key worked. Physical keys were delivered to the room in minutes. My room was lovely, quiet, clean and within easy walking distance to the main Hotel del Coronado and Shore House meeting rooms. The staff was fabulous everywhere I went. Highly recommend.” — Jill Waller

“Update: managers response below is indicative of the service you will get. Buyer beware We stayed at the Shore House for 5 nights this past week in a 2 bedroom Oceanview villa which cost $8,200 or $1,600/ night just for the room. The Shore House is sold as the "luxury or exclusive" option the the coranado hotel. We found this not to be the case. There were several gaps in service and issues with our stay. It would have been significantly cheaper to stay at the Fairmont, a 5 star hotel with much better service. I am disappointed that this place is listed with Amex as one of their "luxury fine c” — Ann Ishak
