“We have been to many places, but this beautiful hotel tops the list. The hotel itself is fantastic — from the rooms to the spa, restaurant, and common areas. What truly stands out, however, is the service. Every single member of the staff deserves their own five stars. Everything is handled with that little extra touch of finesse that makes the place truly special. Do not get me started on the view, which is of course breathtaking overlooking the alps.
