“⭐ 1/10 I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Six Senses Ibiza was deeply disappointing. During my stay from June 6 to June 9, cash disappeared from my bag while it was inside my room. The bag was only left unattended when we were at the pool during the daytime. I also personally observed a member of staff entering the room to check the minibar while we were away. After carefully retracing everything that happened during our stay, I cannot identify any other realistic opportunity for the money to have gone missing. “The hotel is undeniably beautiful, but the service is absolutely nowhere near the level Six Senses claims to offer — and certainly not worth the price you pay. On my first night, despite having a reservation made through the hotel app and confirmed via their own chat, I arrived at the restaurant only to be told they “no longer had capacity” because reservations had collapsed. The only alternative offered was an extremely underwhelming room service menu with sandwiches and fried food. For a property positioned as ultra-luxury, this was honestly embarrassing.
