The staff is a real contrast — some are highly professional and attentive, while others seem quite inexperienced and not up to the standard you’d expect at this level. The room was noticeably small compared to other Six Senses properties, which was a bit disappointing given the brand’s usual reputation for spacious, luxurious design.
