“I would return to this property again in hopes of improvement because the design, service, vibe and offerings are on point. There were 15 in our group and the offerings of the hotel provided everything from dining, entertainment, excercise to spa. There were no hot tubs or fire pits operating despite many throughout the property. i would hope this would be repaired soon. the rooms are well appointed and accommodate 3 adults, however the pull out sleeper sofa in each room is not comfortable and requires extra bedding/duvet or padding. the design of all of the restaurants is very well done and t” — Joe Freund

This hotel is only interested in squeezing you for every penny; it creates a very unpleasant atmosphere for guests and isn't even close to being a 5-star hotel. “Unfriendly service, misleading information, and disappointing experience as an Accor member. My stay at this hotel was unfortunately far below expectations, especially for an Accor 5* property. The staff at the reception came across as unfriendly and somewhat arrogant from the moment I arrived. On top of that, the security deposit required was almost double the nightly room rate, which I have never experienced at any other hotel.
