“Fantastic from start to finish. Arriving by boat was magical and to be greeted by warm and caring staff at the dock was surreal. Jorge at check in was efficient and kind, ensuring that we had the room upgrade we were entitled to and that housekeeping was working quickly to get our room ready (as we arrived early). Food and service at Humo was so good we went back a second time. Breakfast buffet was adequate but nothing exceptionally special (with the exception of the wonderful egg station staff!)
