“Not the boutique hotel we normally prefer, but unable to find one we liked, we went for a big name we've had good luck with before. Location is fine, but not in the more "fun" areas like Condesa or Roma Nte, although it's close enough for easy access. On Sundays when Reforma is closed it's perfect for a bike ride to the park. We stayed in a Millesime room and it was lovely. Bed was too firm, but they actually have mattress toppers to fix that. Staff super friendly and helpful. “We visited the Sofitel Mexico City Reforma specifically to go up to Cityzen Rooftop Bar, and the experience was excellent from the moment we walked in. Even as non‑hotel guests, the staff in the lobby were professional, welcoming, and very organized, which made getting to the rooftop quick and easy. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, clean, and clearly well‑maintained. Cityzen is the highlight. The views over Paseo de la Reforma and the Angel of Independence are some of the best in Mexico City, and the atmosphere feels upscale without being pretentious.
