“I had the opportunity to experience Susona Bodrum during a company meeting and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and helpful. Although not everyone spoke English, they always did their best to assist. Service was generally very good, though on a few occasions it could have been more flexible and efficient—for example, when ordering drinks at the bathing pier by the sea. The cuisine was excellent, featuring high-quality ingredients and beautifully prepared dishes. My room was consistently kept spotless and was very spacious. “We had a lovely stay at this hotel, made especially memorable by the warm hospitality, friendly staff, and welcoming atmosphere. Our room was spotless, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job cleaning it every day. All of the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, with special thanks to Indah from the breakfast team, and Ozge, Ali, and Aslan from the Suyah restaurant. Thank you all for your outstanding service, kindness. There were, however, a couple of areas that could be improved.
