“Extremely Disappointing Experience – CHF 5,400 per Night I paid CHF 5,400 for one night, which comes with very high expectations that were not met. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. In addition, there was no proper double bed for a couple, only two separate single beds, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this category. Room service was very poor: dust was not cleaned, dirty plates with leftover food were left in the room, and the floor was dirty.
