“The resort is beautiful but the guest experience and service was not good. I signed up for the spa package where you receive a $300 daily credit to use the spa services. I called 6 times to try to speak to someone at the spa and was never able to speak to anyone. Even the concierge called and left a mesaage and they could not get a hold of anyone. In addition at check out I had to review my hotel folio because they did not give me the spa credits. The spa was also very noisy! A week later they charged my account an additional $1000 by mistake.
