“This hotel is truly first class! I came with a group of friends for a political function. The hotel has all of the historic charm of a century old resort. The facility itself is absolutely gorgeous and the gardens are adorned with lush foliage, giving you that tropical zen feel. From the moment that we arrived until the moment we departed the staff was extremely accommodating, kind and helpful. They were at any moment ready and willing to shuttle us or pick us up anywhere. “Terrible Experience at The Brazilian Court -no working HVAC Checked in; no working HVAC. We were told at 4 pm and again at 9:30 pm that it would be fixed At 11:00 pm we abandoned the freezing cold property and found a room with working HVAC across the bay in West Palm Beach. The managers Dane and Stephanie also promised us we would be refunded the prepaid fees - this did not happen and we are forced to dispute with the credit card company after 20 days. “We stayed at the Brazilian Court Hotel in Palm Beach for four nights. One of the nights was advertised as “free” on their website but the pricing lacks transparency. Our room was listed at $476 per night (before taxes and fees). When we received the bill, we saw that the “free night” was actually just averaged out over the four nights at a higher rate for the dates we booked ($599–$699). In other words, you’re not truly getting a free night — just a discount spread across your stay. Transparency here would go a long way. The highlight of the hotel is absolutely the staff.
