“Stayed about 10 days. Initially upgraded to Executive but we “downgraded” to a balcony room (glassed) because we just liked sitting and looking outside. Rooms have motorized shades and the balcony did too so no issues with sun in the morning. Shower and bathtub. Used shower which had standard head, a separate movable and an overhead rain which are all operable at the time. Separate privates with a Japanese bidet/toilet top. Breakfast consists of a menu you can choose what you’d like along with a wide supplemental buffet. Reasonably extensive variety to choose from. Staff, from Concierge to res” — Darren Comeaux

“My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in a Heritage Room. From the moment we arrived, the team were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was amazing - from the giant bathroom to the indoor balcony. Some of my favourite moments were making use of the bathtub with its accompanying TV, and relaxing in the indoor balcony while overlooking the nearby street below. We loved the surprise fruit basket and tin of treats that were left as a welcome gift. We also ordered room service a couple of times - the mango sago was delicious!
