“We had a lovely stay at the Cloudveil in Jackson! The hotel is beautiful, the rooms were comfy and cozy, and the cleaning staff were all top notch. The games and events in the lobby were a hit with both the grownups and our little guy. We played board games to wind down and it was really neat how they had live music most evenings and even a visit from the Teton Raptor Center, with a peregrine falcon we could meet and learn about. “After paying 2k per night, you expect the service to be top notch. Instead, going to the rooftop bar was a nightmare. There were people all around being waited on many times and we waited 20 min after being seated to finally stop someone and ask if we could order. No one ever came back so we went to the bar and she asked who our server was. We didn't have one! We finally ordered and they had no huckleberry drinks (very strange!) and our server finally decided to come speak to us after an hr and upon bringing us the ck. “We stayed at the Cloudveil Jackson Hole and it was fabulous. The service was amazing. When we got there, we wanted a better view and they made the accommodation for us. Met with the concierge - Matt - he helped get us a call next day morning with Hertz. We discussed I was pregnant and when we got o our room the next day there was a baby bear and book. Of course I didn’t drink but our group loved the Happy Hour. Location location location - steps from shopping and the main square. The hotel had a snack area to get snacks on the go and refillable bottles for water. I would definitely return.” — Angelica Vasquez
