“My stay at The Crescent left me with very mixed feelings, and unfortunately I would not stay again. My husband and I stayed at The Crescent for a few days after our wedding. There were some very kind moments during our stay, but overall the experience was disappointing and at times upsetting. On our first night, we realized our TV remote was missing. We called the front desk three separate times, but no one ever brought one to our room. The next day, we ate at Emilia’s and it was delicious. “We recently stayed here for my wife’s 40th birthday celebration and we were not disappointed! We normally stay downtown at another luxury hotel but after this weekend we will only be staying at the Crescent. From the moment we arrived we had the absolute best from their amazing and friendly staff. Brian the valet greeted us before we had even brought the car to a stop (more on him in just a bit) and had a luggage cart brought over to us immediately. “We had a wonderful stay at the Crescent hotel in Fort Worth! The service was top-notch! Special shout out to Mariana (our concierge) who really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great trip. We appreciated the attention to detail that made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. They had plugs for USB-A, USB-C and regular power outlets on both sides of the bed. The nespresso coffee maker in the room was a very nice touch.
