“The Fifth is a beautiful property, but the team working there is what makes it 5-Star. From curb to room, everyone is warm and engaging but not overbearing. The butler team is on point. Angel greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed. The housekeeping team was super quick with a couple of requests. Cheryl, in The Portrait Bar and Rafael in Cafè Carmellini were both great to speak with and very intentional in their service. I also had the pleasure of interacting with Karys and Adam. “The Avenue Hotel truly made my stay in New York exceptional. The room was close to perfect — stylish, quiet, beautifully designed, and with an outstanding view of the Empire State Building. The service is unmatched. The room sizes are larger than anywhere you will find in NYC, especially amongst new hotels. The service was truly special and made the stay that much more enjoyable.
