“Had an amazing stay at the Waldorf Astoria. Staff was very attentive and incredibly friendly. The bellmen Leo gave me a warm welcome to the hotel and showed me the property highlights. The bellman Sergay greeted me by name every time I came back to the hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and housekeeping was meticulously attentive to detail in cleaning the room. I’d come back and find stuff I had lying around neatly organized. The room itself was very spacious and elegantly decorated. “Our stay was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end The rooms were incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. We loved the modern in-room technology, with all lighting and room controls operated via an iPad, as well as the ability to stream our own music throughout the room. “Nice hotel of a higher class. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms are large; it's great that it's possible to adjust the environment—like the room's temperature and lights—from a tablet screen. The atmospheric spa includes a small pool, a jacuzzi, 2 saunas, and a pleasant lounge room with sunbeds near a fountain. ​The à la carte breakfast was nice, but I had to wait about half an hour for my daily porridge. There was a medium variety of food items for breakfast. The tropical smoothie was quite an interesting color—brown, probably dominated by melon. Good orange juice, and nice cold” — Ivan Kuprijanov
