“I recently had a friend stay at this hotel, and while it did have a few small perks, the overall experience was disappointing especially when it came to room service. Throughout her stay, she complained multiple times about the quality of the food and how certain dishes did not match what was listed on the menu. Some meals arrived late, cold, or poorly prepared, and portions were inconsistent. There were also times when orders were missing items or were incorrect.
