“Staying at The Langham was one of the best experiences during my stay in Jakarta with my wife. From the moment you step out of the vehicle and being greeted by the staffs to checking in an amazing room that is comfortable, spacious and luxurious (which was also decorated with balloons and all to a special occassion). I have to thank Razi who helped explained about everything in the room. Breakfast was impecable with buffet and ala carte selections, loved the local cuisines. “I stayed at The Langham in Jakarta as a solo female traveller and I had the best experience. Being solo naturally your more unsure about your surroundings however the staff at The Langham made me feel welcome and safe at all times. Check in was smooth with the help of Hanson, he helped me with my bags and started good conversation. Check out was quick and easy with the help of Alfa who helped me take my bags outside and helped me communicate with my driver as there is a language barrier.
