“We’ve stayed here multiple times during ski season and have always had a wonderful experience, which is why this visit was a little disappointing for us. The property itself is still beautiful, and we truly enjoy the location and family friendly atmosphere, which is why we already booked another stay for this coming winter. “Visited in May 2026 - solo trip in an Alpine view room. Felt like I had the place to myself. Rustic resort, beautiful Mountain View’s, a small attached village at the bottom of ski lifts that must be amazing in the winter. Valet was only parking option, kind of a pain to constantly have to request your vehicle to do anything. Only food option open was Alpine Hall - decent spot, very slow service, friendly staff for the most part - bartenders on two separate nights were sluggish and a bit uppity for my taste. Sadly, our recent visit was very different from past experiences and ultimately disappointing. First, accessibility was a big issue for us. We realized during our drive that we’d left a part of my wheelchair behind and called ahead to ask if the resort had wheelchairs or scooters available.
