“I was surprised that this was listed as a 5-star hotel. The location is convenient. The lobby is nice. The breakfast was good. The real disappointment came inside the room. Very dated and neutral. No color. The bed is weirdly placed in the center of the room. The rooms are in need of a facelift. However, it does look like the bathroom has been updated. I would only come back if they have a major overhaul. Also, carpet in the hallway was dirty and in need of cleaning.” — S
