“I always felt Taj was the best. Oberoi proved to be one notch better. The property was splendid. The rooms were spacious and of great quality. The staff were exceptionally well trained on courtesy. A guest at the restaurant was on a video call with speakers on, causing disturbance to others. One of their lady managers handled it so professionally without hurting the guest and ended it. She even offered to help with a head phone and apologised to her for making her end the call. Bravo and well done.. holistic experience” — Ganesh Narayanan
