“The Reserve is truly a special destination, first and foremost due to its excellent staff. The team caters to your needs in a personalized way that exceeds any other luxury hotel we have visited. Here, you are not just a "room number". We want to highlight the great vegetarian and vegan food we were offered during our stay, the staff even remembered our distaste for mushrooms and made special menu items just for us during multiple dinners which we appreciated very much. “We had our anniversary here in March 2025. It was incredible and we felt welcomed as a gay couple. The hotel was a little empty in the off-season which was lovely. We mostly had the enormous spa to ourselves, so cool exploring all the unique features it had. I think we got extra attention from the staff that went above and beyond every day to make sure our stay was perfect. The breakfast buffet with fresh squeezed juice was luxe, dinner service was really special, so many wines, Juan was an especially memorable waiter.
