Staying in any 5-star hotel you obviously expect the accommodations to be excellent but sometimes the service is not up to par. “Wow. What an amazing experience! We came here for a corporate event and they rolled out the red carpet for us. The service from the staff was impeccable. Ernesto took amazing care of me for the few days I was there. The bar is great. They have some amazing selections and great mixologists. The grounds are extremely well maintained. Everything is clean and inviting. My room was spacious and more than accommodating. A highly recommend booking a room in the villas if you can. I stopped into the Nelson golf shop as well.
