“Definitely 5 stars. If I could give 100 I would. We stayed at this Ritz Carlton and it was amazing. Vouchers are very helpful in a big city like Denver Co. Concierge is very helpful, front desk is friendly, and the fruit water in the lobby is to die for. The strawberry, blueberry, and orange one is my favorite. I like the chandeliers in the elevator. Our room was very nice too. Bathrooms are very nice and clean, room service for breakfast is great. Food is very tasty. One problem we had though was 3/4 of the nights we had room service there were nats in the bread basket. That was a consistent ” — Colten Gilbert

“Excellent experience! My daughter and I visited Denver to celebrate her birthday, and we stayed at the Ritz. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome and really made my daughter feel special! They had a nice welcome kit in the room (with balloons and a small cake), the concierge team in the lounge all treated her like a celebrity...it was truly a memorable experience. Beyond that, the property is in an excellent location to walk the city, the rooms were very nice, and housekeeping did an amazing job. Everyone here lives customer service and it shows.
