“Still can't believe the service and care of the Ritz team. Everyone went above and beyond to make the experience super special. Our ac broke, they immediately sent someone to fix it. We called for ice/ it was there in 5 minutes. I told them I was there to tell my mom and sister I was pregnant and they gave me a thoughtful note and gifts. I got a facial and it was phenomenal. The view from our room was tops. We outside every evening before bed- giggles and chatted while we watched the sea. I fit in some afternoon swims- the water was divine. The valet was super fast. “Lovely hotel. Great location. The staff is amazing. From the valet & check-in, to the pool service (Jonathon, Rodney, Kendal) to the restaurant service (Chokey). Everyone was friendly and helpful, they all remembered our names, and knew we were celebrating our anniversary. Worth noting, the pool is very busy because they accept day passes from non hotel guests. On the weekends you must secure a pool chair very early. Highly recommend.” — helen monteferrante
