“We had a truly amazing stay at the hotel from start to finish. Check-in was prompt, and we were warmly greeted by Jacob, who made us feel welcome right away. He personally walked us to our room and showed us around the resort, which was such a thoughtful touch. We stayed in the Resort Tower, room 163, which was perfectly appointed with a beautiful terrace and convenient access to the pool next to the Andiamo restaurant and kids’ water park. “Just returned from the Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman, and what a fantastic team of employee's they have. My wife and I travel a fair amount, and multiple times we both said out loud, "wow, the service is fantastic.". The beach is very wide, the resort has plenty of beach chairs, and the team at the beach is just as good as the other teams. The only glitch, and it was small, was we ate at one of the onsite restaurants, Seven.
