The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay
Half Moon Bay, California
What guests say
“We had an ocean view room. $1500/night and it was tiny! Tiny, poorly designed bathroom, small room, with a huge sofa/dining table. The view was 50% the other hotel wing exterior, 50% foggy ocean. Very disappointing room for the rate and description. The location is fantastic, the hotel is beautiful, and the gold courses are fantastic. The service was friendly, casual. The Conservatory restaurant was good with great views.” — Roy Kent
“We spent a beautiful afternoon at The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay and it reminded us why this is one of the most special destinations on the California coast. Perched above the Pacific on dramatic ocean bluffs, the setting is simply breathtaking. The views alone are worth the visit, but the experience goes far beyond the scenery. Lunch on the terrace was excellent. From fresh seafood and vibrant salads to perfectly prepared burgers and poke bowls, every dish was beautifully presented and delicious. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between luxury and relaxation, allowing you to slow d” — Susie S
“Great place to have a quick bite, and view golfers ⛳ and the ocean 🌊. Fun fact, Arnold Palmer actually designed this 18th closing hole. It is ranked one of the best final holes in all of golf. Beautiful views of the ocean and you can watch others close out their game. That is pretty awesome!” — Paul Sheetz
