The concierge & guest services staff is professional with superior support. Their effort during and prior to arrival was awesome. They set up our transport to and from airport and most of the main site seeing events for a seamless transition into Istanbul! We enjoyed breakfast every morning at the Ritz, which started our day with an amazing variety, great atmosphere and friendly service! “During my stay, I faced more than one issue. However, with every issue the hotel staff were very quick to respond and even went out of their way for our comfort like at some point, they got me a med I needed for a fee of course but that really shows the ritz carlton service. The hotel location is great but its on a hill which makes walking around a bit tougher but i think that might be normal for Istanbul. The only comment I have is that you can see some wear and tear in the rooms especially the woodwork. But, overall good hotel.” — Omar Hazzazi
