“The Ritz re-opened with double pricing and half the value. I was one of those Key Biscayne Ritz diehard but I can’t sponsor them anymore. The visible changes in lobby and outdoor areas did not speak for the millions spent, in fact, I can’t believe the Ritz paid millions for that. Very muted and sterile architecture and decor. I did not visit any room. At the Rum Bar the drinks are smaller and the prices doubled. Appetizers are just small, mediocre and overpriced. The service overall was good, and interactions felt warm and attentive, especially the beach team, given how busy it was.
