Despite some issues checking in, from there onwards staff went above and beyond to make sure we had an unforgettable time. Housekeeping especially were excellent leaving us lovely notes, sweet treats and baths on the colder days! We made the most out of our time there doing a few activities which were nice, notably the Ritzadventure where we trekked through the jungle surrounding the hotel.
