The view from the restaurant is absolutely amazing, overlooking the city and Chapultepec area, which made the dining experience feel even more special. The staff were incredibly nice, attentive, and very well-trained. I especially appreciated how careful and professional they were regarding my food allergies. “I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Ritz Carlton in Mexico City. The staff were amazing, and very helpful. The location is wonderful, and the beds were super comfortable. I loved the spa and the sauna and steam room were actually hot! The pool is also like a warm bath, so that was enjoyable as well as we went in February when the weather wasn’t super warm. The only thing I did not enjoy was the restaurant on floor 38. I found a lot better food out and about in town, so I would definitely recommend going and exploring around town for food. Before I even checked in, the concierge team was incredibly helpful, snagging reservations for two super popular restaurants that were totally sold out online. They also surprised me with a sweet birthday setup in the room. The room itself was clean, quiet, and had fantastic views of the city—shoutout to housekeeping for keeping it spotless every day.
