The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans

“What a big disappointment. Visited this hotel for our 10 year wedding anniversary. Checked in, advised our room was amazing, with fantastic views, of the city and the canal. Entered the room, looked at the view and over looking the back of the hotel. Great start. No acknowledgement of our anniversary, when most hotels do and even restaurants. I had ordered some champagne and strawberries to be sent to the room, never turned up. The hotel did give us $100 for the first day of errors. Next day went to the hotel bar, ordered some fries and drinks. After 40 min wait the waiter forgot them as sent ” — Stephen Moffett
