“I chose to stay at the Ritz Carlton NoMad primarily for its location and to experience the highly regarded Nubeluz bar. While I typically favor the Four Seasons, I was open to trying something new. Unfortunately, it became clear rather quickly that this decision fell short of expectations. From the moment of arrival, the experience lacked the level of service one would anticipate from a five star property.
