He was so amicable and accommodating, it felt as though we had been longtime friends! True 5-star experience from the bellhop, wait staff, housekeepers, and the reception. “Not a Ritz Carlton brand, this place is a standard 4 star Marriott at best. So disappointed and we've stayed at plenty of REAL Ritz Carlton locations. Bathroom is tiny and has a single sink, no mini-bar or snacks. Pool is crammed with chairs and wrapped in fencing, pool bar looks like they converted a storage room into a bar and cut a hole in the wall and added five chairs for you to sit at and look at the joke that they call a bar.
