The hotel tagged on 3 charges that didn’t belong to us but solved it Jack Dusty was underwhelming First day a staff member left our room door open after delivery a welcome gift. Asked for certain things like pregnancy pillow, extra pillows and was told via message and emails it was confirmed but didn’t get it until we requested again at the front desk Was given early check in and late check out booking through Amex. The service was truly top-notch. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and spotless, and we loved the free shuttle over to the Lido Beach resort area — such a fun and relaxing perk!
