From the stage I arrived and till I checked out the staff went above and beyond too make my stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable stay. My room was nice and spacious with a fantastic view of the harbour and the room amenities where fantastic with a great shower with great pressure and bath to soak up those hard days exploring the beautiful city and its attractions. “This is probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, and it really checks every box for me. The hotel is conveniently located in the IFC building, with modern rooms and beautiful views of the Bund and the Oriental Pearl Tower. The whole place is beautifully decorated throughout, and it feels elegant, warm, and welcoming at the same time. What really made each stay stand out, though, was the service. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and thoughtful, and you could really feel the attention to detail.
