“We enjoyed the beach the most during our stay. It’s long, wide, and covered with beautiful, soft white sand — truly a highlight of the property. The hotel also has a large swimming pool, which is a great place for guests to relax. Another thing we enjoyed was the animal visits on Sundays. The small, gentle animals were very cute and made the experience fun for everyone, especially for kids and taking photos. Our room was comfortable and had a great view. “The service at the Ritz-Carlton South Beach was exceptional, and the valet team was outstanding. The hotel is beautiful, and my room was gorgeous and very comfortable. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the condition of the AC vent in my room, which appeared to have significant mold or mildew buildup where the air was being circulated. For a luxury hotel at this price point, this was concerning and fell short of expectations. Other than that, the stay was excellent. “Great hotel Dinner was 5/5 Lunch was sub par, but service complimented it. The service here was over the top amazing. Valet had accommodated very well with the busy weekend. Price point is a little high, but you can tell with the attention to detail this place has when it comes to customer service. The placement too makes this 10/10 you’re near everything, most hotels are a headache to pull in to, but this one is like perfect. I’ll probably be staying here from now on based on that.
