“When you walk in, you're nose is greeted to the most delightful scent. I was in a deluxe room on the 16th floor. The room is beautiful. The bathroom fully marked. TV embedded in the bathroom mirror. The most (to me), heavenly body wash, shampoo and conditioner by Diptyque. Fully stocked mini fridge. Lovely balcony with a pretty nice view. The staff that handles room service dining were the most friendliest people I got to know. It was such a great experience during my visit. I would visit them again. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt polished, welcoming, and exactly what you hope for from a Ritz Carlton property. “Hotel was nice. Room was spacious and the balcony is great to have for fresh air as the building is a little on the older side but the suite was nicely appointed with high quality furnishings and beautiful crown moulding throughout. The staff was wonderful Check in with Emma was pleasant. A particular note of excellence to Hannah who went above and beyond to meet one our needs by finding us a key card with the city name on it.
