“Was an amazing hotel with amazing food, a beautiful beach, and beautiful rooms. We even got an upgrade to an ocean view room. The staff at the check in desk are amazing, kind and accommodating. The bar tender inside is exceptional. However, we had to wait around twenty minutes at the pool to get a towel, no service ever came to take our order. Not a problem, that is normal in life. However, when you are paying ritz prices, you should be allowed to expect a certain type of service. This was only at the pool we experienced this problem though. Everything is well thought out, from the beach, which you can easily reach with the hotel train, to the pools and the outdoor play areas. What impressed us the most, though, was the service.
