“We had a lovely one-night stay celebrating our anniversary. We were greeted by Benji who made us feel welcome and we enjoyed the complimentary wine at the lobby. Our room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the musical entertainment at the onsite restaurant and our desserts. We also appreciated the fact that we enter through the mall. My only comment would be to ensure that the breakfast options are expanded and can easily accommodate to people with dietary restrictions. “From the other rooms I briefly saw during cleaning, some looked quite nice, but judging only by the room I stayed in, it didn't feel worth the price. The bathroom felt a bit small and not very stylish, the water never felt properly cool, and unlike many other hotels I've stayed at, there wasn't any one thing (room, bathroom, or view) that I truly loved, especially considering the hotel's name and reputation. What I did genuinely appreciate was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and accommodating.
