“Great one night surprise stay here with my wife. The hotel was outstanding and the amenities were great. Truly wish it would have lasted longer. Dillon helped us with the bags and Ronnie was outstanding and provided us excellent service as she showed us to our room. Chloe was also nice as she helped us rearrange dinner reservations. And it was nice to speak to Clara the manager. Patricia at breakfast was amazing, she took great care of my wife and I and was kind. “Faultless service from start to finish. From just after the booking process and even before we arrived, every staff member we spoke to went above and beyond to help. We felt genuinely welcomed and very well looked after. The little touches and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The room was beautiful and the views were exceptional. “Extremely disappointing spa day - especially for the price tag. While the massages were really really great, that was let down by the service throughout the hotel. At every point; concierge, front desk, the restaurant- staff were unfriendly and unhelpful almost to the point of being made to feel like our presence was an inconvenience. I appreciate that tourists probably go wild for the location and traditional English afternoon tea, but it was very underwhelming.
