The butler made our stay in Bangkok incredibly comfortable and safe. When my son accidentally left his iPhone in a Grab in Phuket, he kindly helped us track it down and recover it. That level of support is truly exceptional, especially when you are in a foreign country. We really appreciated his assistance throughout our stay and also enjoyed our conversations with him. “The Siam has some good features but is mostly a disappointment. The rooms are nice but have issues with all the fixtures being loose and wonky. The restaurant makes great food but the tables are too close and there’s very limited seating in AC and it’s very uncomfortable. The lounge area is quite bad. There are 3 sun beds and they are a few inches apart. There is no protection from the sun. The pool is a little strip. The boat staff is all unfriendly and snarl at customers.
