The St. Regis Aruba Resort

“We stayed at The St. Regis Aruba for five days and had an absolutely incredible experience. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely personal, making us feel welcomed. Service was fast and seamless, but the standout was the butler service - truly the best we’ve experienced anywhere. They checked in on us several times a day and handled every request quickly and flawlessly. As you would expect from the St. Regis brand, the level of service was exceptional. Being the newest hotel in Aruba, everything felt fresh, modern, and beautifully designed. The atmosphere was elegant, and overall it was” — Shimon Ekstein

“The staff at this location was outstanding. They could not be more friendly, helpful. And care about any of my needs. Josh, part of the Butler service was so nice, respectful and remember our name and was always so conscious to make sure everything was OK. He couldn't do more for us. The pool, beach, housekeeping staff was the same way. It made our stay feel like family and special.” — Madelyn Langer

“I stayed at this resort in winter 2025 on points for my honeymoon. As a Platinum member, we were upgraded to a suite and appreciated it so much.. the room was absolutely beautiful and made the trip feel extra special. Housekeeping was excellent. We tend to sleep in and wouldn’t leave for the pool until 1–2pm most days, and they were incredibly accommodating, servicing the room once we stepped out. We never had an issue getting pool chairs at any point during the week, which was a pleasant surprise based on other reviews. The beach is small and chairs are close together but I disagree with othe” — Teresa Marie
