“A fantastic experience at The St Regis Downtown Dubai. Rooms are magnificently sized, the attention to detail is exemplary and the service is simply superb. There are too many names to mention but two that come to mind are Anthony at the Concierge desk for being so unbelievably kind with his suggestions and Sanjay in the breakfast area for providing a first rate service. My only criticism of this hotel is that they need to step up their breakfast offering (it’s too simple and basic for a 5 star hotel) and that the bedrooms require increased lighting.
