“We had very high expectations for St. Regis Tamuda Bay, and while the beach, amenities and rooms are beautiful and have great potential, the service was some of the poorest we have experienced at a luxury hotel. Throughout our stay, basic standards consistently fell short. At the beach, there were often no towels available, and one staff member appeared responsible for everything from setting up loungers to delivering food and drinks.
