The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort

“It's a very impressive hotel with a great lazy river, excellent beach view pool, and, depending on when you go, quite a calm and clear beach for not being in the Caribbean. Pool service is effective, but drinks can be watered down. In general, the food is not very good. We did not go to CW Prime, but we did have meals throughout the property, and the food itself was very average and not befitting of St. Regis prices. My son measures food quality by the french fries he is served, and he noted, that they were certainly not cut on property, nor were they very good for pre-packed fries. “Our stay was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived until our departure, we were treated to an unforgettable experience. Annamarie at the spa went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and relaxation. The room service and butler service were top-notch. Sarah, Nick S., Jillian, and Anne provided exceptional service. We did encounter a minor issue with our shower, but it was promptly resolved. We also loved Aura and Brett. Brett was prompt with everything, and the hostess remembered us, which made us feel very personable.” — Jessica Perez

“If I could give this place 10 stars I would! Easily the best resort in the state of Florida. The pool with the lazy river is both modern and charming. Also having direct beach access is a major plus! The rooms are beyond gorgeous and the restaurants here are to die for- every meal we had was truly incredible. Also a special shout out to an employee named Ian- what an exceptional human! On my birthday, they brought me a beautiful cake, as well as a chocolate stingray! What a surprise!” — Sarah Garcia
