“I rarely give review about hotel but I am so impressed with St Regis hotel in Macau I have to give them good review. The room is decorated so nicely so clean and with great view. The service is excellent. We have the butler service and every staff who comes into my room is very warm and always smiling especially Lina. She is the best. I have to mention the only one thing I don’t like is there was a few hours during the day they have construction upstairs that made too much noise but I definitely will come back to this hotel again.” — MEI MEI CHENG

“My stay was very unforgettable. The wonderful atmosphere , delicious foods and outstanding staffs made it the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staffs were incredibly welcoming, and making sure we had a great time. Everyone, from The Manor team (thanks to Kaye, Asmita, and Cindy), housekeeping (Ronez) to the superb butler team (Ron & Amber) and private dinning team (Tony) were warm, polite, and caring. “Visited for 3 nights with our party of almost 30. Great location with direct access to The Londoner and multiple restaurants in the immediate entrance of the hotel. Shoutout to the group of housekeepers for our rooms. They provided markers for our kids in 2 separate rooms when they saw some drawings, as well as book mark and a cable organizer.
