“We had the most incredible stay at the St. Regis Punta Mita! We traveled with about 40 friends for a big birthday weekend, and everything about this resort exceeded expectations. The food, service, amenities, pools, and rooms were all absolutely wonderful. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the rooms feel fresh, updated, and luxurious. The property itself is spacious with plenty to do — multiple pools (including adult and kid pools), hot tubs, tennis courts, golf, and easy access between the pool and beach. “We booked a 5 day vacation at the St.Regis Punta Mita with our 2 kids from Feb 15th-Feb20th, being a Platinum Marriot member made it an easy choice to go with St. Regis in the area and we were not disappointed, the resort is beautiful and the amenities are ample. The only disappointing experience has been patchy service, there are moments of amazing service but this morning we had a weird experience at the Las Marietas breakfast buffet. “We stayed at the The St. Regis Punta Mita Resort in April and had a very disappointing experience—made worse by the fact that the hotel has not responded to multiple follow-up emails. While the property itself is beautiful, the service fell far below expectations, especially given the premium price point. We were assigned a butler upon arrival, who was attentive for about 24 hours and then completely stopped responding to messages for the remainder of our stay.
